A hand-painted tray depicting a lady in lotus in Manjusha style. In Indian mythology, the lotus represents the divine purity and beauty. Manjusha art is believed to be the only art form in the history of India which has a sequential representation of the stories.
This tray have been beautifully hand-painted on handmade paper and hot pressed to make it waterproof.
This is made by the local artist from Bhagalpur (previously Ang Pradesh) where the art has originated.
