On the day of her death, she asked her family members to put her fragile body under the tree and started telling them the tale of Mahua tree. The tale was so interesting that all the spirits came out of tree to listen to her. She told how the tree sacrificed itself and asked human to cut him so that they can make different equipment to do farming and produce food. In the day, the tree used to allow them to rest under its shade. It sacrificed itself again and again for human’s need, feeding cattle, logs for food and shelter. She made her family member promise to spread this story to other people and to plant atleast one tree at each household.
