The artist derives his inspiration from forest, showcasing birds & animals feeding their young ones and tree in all its grandeur. The coasters are made on pine wood.

Gond Painting has originated from Madhya Pradesh and derives its name from the tribe. The Gond believe that “viewing good image brings good luck”. The paintings are an offering in worship of nature, and are also a mode of seeking protection against the evil.
The painting is made by local artist Suresh Dhurve from Madhya Pradesh.
